Agree with nodular-cystic fat necrosis. There is ischaemic and lipophagic fat necrosis, as opposed to a lipoma.

Encapsulated fat necrosis (nodular-cystic fact necrosis, mobile encapsulated lipoma).

Fibrovascular capsule surrounding necrotic adipocytes with well-preserved outlines but without discernible nuclei. Also, there are lipophages and microcysts.
Nodular-cystic fat necrosis, I believe related to trauma.

My diagnosis was "encapsulated adipose tissue." It certainly fits the mold of "nodular-cystic fat necrosis" or "encapsulated fat necrosis;" however, it's not a lipoma. I am not aware that this lesion was mobile, although they often are. See the references below for historical perspective.

It also looks as though everyone got it!
