Deep GA vs Rheumatoid Nodule. Age is more in keeping with deep GA. Mucin is the differentiating feature. Can't be certain on these H&E pics.

I agree this might be a palisading granulomatous process, but I would stain it with cytokeratins and EMA to exclude an epithelioid sarcoma.

It might be subcutaneous granuloma annulare or rheumatoid nodule. I favor the former over the latter because the center of histiocytic palisades contains mucin rather than fibrin.
