Clinical Details: Periorbital swelling. Erythematous rash on forearms, knuckle of fingers.

Agree with dermatomyositis. Sclerodermoid features on the arm and Gottron’s papule on the finger.

Clinical description suggestive of Dermatomyositis corroborated by the histological pictures: Dermatomyositis!
