Pemphigus foliaceus of Cazenave. I don’t believe patient lives in an endemic region of fogo selvagem. For pemphigus erythematosus of Senear-Usher, I’d expected lesions in photo-exposed sites, typically in butterfly distribution over the nose and malar areas.
