Agree, lymphocytic vasculitis is a clue for PUPP. There is also dermal edema and sparse esinophils.

Agree with pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy. Late onset during pregnancy and abdominal location are typical.

Hafeez is out of country so he wanted us to post the diagnosis for him. The diagnosis is PUPP.
