A 70 year-old Hispanic male has reddish-brown macules and plaques lesions on the trunk and extremities. Initially, there were few lesions, but over the course of a year and a half, the lesions have increased in number and size.

Old aged patient with a chronic course disease, macules and plaques, maybe compromising more than 10% total body surface (trunk and extremities). The clinical and histologic pictures are really that of Mycosis fungoides.

Must admit is was struck, at first glance, by the pale histiocyte-like cells and considered mastocytosis but after reading the other comments paid more attention to the hyperchromatic sezary cells. I think Hafeez might be showing us a PPD-like MF case though (with unusually prominent reactive histiocytes).
