Compound dysplastic nevus

This is a melanocytic lesion quite small, thin and symmetric. Cells are fusiform and nested, the lesion begins and ends in a nest and maturation is equivocal. I would have called it a MELTUMP favouring benign, margins free. The patient is cured.

Agree with your assessments. Given features of both dysplasia and Spitz-like epithelioid cells, we raised the possibility of a so-called Spark's nevus (Spitz+dysplastic/Clark's nevus).
