I think the lack of a capsule speaks against shwannoma, I thought of sclerosing perineurioma

What about cutaneous adult myofibroma? In adults, solitary myofibromas usually show prominent mature myofibroblastic component and inconspicuous primitive hemangiopericytoma-like component.

I called this schwannoma. It was diffusely S-100 positive.
