Also favor urticaria, but this might be a reaction pattern for many conditions, such as bite, drug, and contact dermatitis.

Scant perivascular infiltrate of lymphocytes in conjunction with neutrophils and eosinophils interstitially scattered in a markedly edematous dermis. I also go with urticaria.
