11 years-old female with clinical impression of a foreign body in the left ankle. The lesion was biopsied.

I remember this case from last year. I remember where I was when I saw the images, but I can't remember what the final diagnosis was. This is a brown septate yeast, probably chromoblastomycosis, introduced by trauma.
