Agreed. Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (aka epithelioid hemangioma).

Vascular channels lined by plump endothelial cells (epithelioid). Around the vascular channels there is an inflammatory infiltrate composed mainly of lymphocytes and eosinophils. Epithelioid haemangioma, also called angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. Peripheral blood eosinophilia may be present in less than 10% of patients. It is reasonable to await spontaneous regression being seemingly a reactive process.
