Due to case history of[/size][/font][/color][color=#000000][font=Arial, sans-serif][size=4] HIV immunosuppression[/size][/font][/color][color=#000000][font=Arial, sans-serif][size=4], I think it would be better termed HIV-associated eosinophilic folliculitis.[/size][/font][/color]

Agreed. Eosinophilic folliculitis. Fungal stains were negative.
