I would like to suggest superficial acral fibromyxoma.

Good suggestion, especially if the first IHC is CD34 and not EMA

I didn't label the immuno, but RIchard is right, the first immuno is CD34, and the second one is S-100. I called this superficial acral fibromyxoma.

Digital - Dermal tumour - Spindled and stellate-shaped cells - Cells strongly expressing CD34 - S100 negative – The cells intersect at various angles resembling the weaving of a doormat (storiform pattern) - Myxoid / collagenous stroma - Superficial acral fibromyxoma or cellular digital fibroma (benign tumour) – [url="http://www.actasdermo.org/en/superficial-acral-fibromyxoma-a-cd34/articulo/90122581/"]One of the spindle-cell tumours expressing CD34[/url].
