excision of a 2-cm nodule taken from the left side of the forehead.

Would consider firstly pleomorphic angioleiomyoma/symplastic hemangioma, if other dermal spindle proliferations of are ruled out

I will also diagnose this as Ancient Shwannoma. The lesion is capsulated and I can perceive Antoni A like areas.
