I did not see any sign of malignancy. I can see some keratinoyte binucleation with nuclei showing pale and graund-glass inclusions. I think this is HSV infection.

The last image shows clear nuclear inclusions and multinucleation. Herpes as vincenzo suggested

I don’t think this is carcinoma in situ. On the other hand, signs of herpes virus infection are present, to wit, epidermal necrosis with ulceration, keratinocytes nuclei with ground-glass appearance, binucleation, cytoplasmic vacuolization, and acantholysis.
