If pregnant or after delivery, HG wil be first possibility. If not, could be BP or bullous insect bite reaction. History taking and DIF r needed.

Agree with pemphigoid gestationis, in the proper clinical setting. Direct immunofluorescence is required to rule out pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy, and drug eruption.
