59 year-old female with pink macular rash on her lower extremities. This biopsy is from the right hip.

i see foci of epidermotropic lymphocytes and some extravasated RBCs, could it be purpuric MF???

I am thinking of an early phase of a pigmented purpuric dermatitis. I think the lymphocytes along the DEJ are part of interface changes that may accompany pigmented purpuric dermatosis, which also goes with the clinical picture of pink macular rash. Pearl's stain is needed.
