Dermatofibroma with monster cells. Epidermal hyperplasia with flattened rete ridges is a diagnostic clue.

Most likely DF with monster cells. Ddx is desmoplastic Spitz's nevus.

Yes, DF with monster cells. S100 and Melan A are both negative. Microvenular hemangioma is also a great suggestion. The thing that really caught my eye is the presence of large atypical 'smudgy' cells which I thought fit better for DF with monster cells. The proliferation is FXIIIa positive.
