Increased dermal cellularity and hints of interstitial mucin deposits suggestive of interstitial granuloma annulare and early lichen myxedematosus.

I tried to photograph as best as I could but it looks more impressive under the microscope. All these spindle cells are Melan-A positive, and so I called it a desmoplastic nevus. The differential diagnosis was dermatofibroma.
