Scarce superficial and deep perivascular lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate accompanied by separation of the collagen bundles in the upper/mid dermis, suggesting lichen myxedematosus / scleromyxedema.

My first impression, from picture 4, was keloid. But I agree, from picture 5, with morphea.
