The patient is an 80-year-old woman with a history of breast cancer of the left breast and has now developed a pink rash on the left breast.

Scarce superficial and deep perivascular lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate accompanied by separation of the collagen bundles in the upper/mid dermis, suggesting lichen myxedematosus / scleromyxedema.

My first impression, from picture 4, was keloid. But I agree, from picture 5, with morphea.

My diagnosis was morphea. There was no history of radiation, but the clinical impression was metastatic carcinoma, not morphea. Cam 5.2 was negative, and there was no light chain restriction in the plasma cells by ISH for Kappa & Lambda. Have a great week.
