I think there is a stringy basophilic material in the last two figures between collagen bundles, could it be interstitial form of GA or interstitial granulomatous dermatitis, other causes of busy dermis.

Difficult!...agree with both of the above possibilities (although they are usually not differntials of each other!) Image 3 does have some slit like spaces with RBCs, so probably favour Kaposi's...Would do immunos to better define the nature of the spindle cells and need more clinical info.

I think there are subtle findings that may suggest Kaposi sarcoma:
1. In figure 1 there are some foci where spindle cells seem to concentrate, for example in middle bottom of this figure, around a pilous follicle.
2. Some extravasated red blood cells are seen in figure 2
3. Spindle cells with slightly atypical nuclei are seen in figures 3 and 4
