Agree with superficial erythema annulare centrifugum. Special stains are necessary to exclude dermatophytosis.

Agree, exclusion of fungus is essential especially that the lesion is a single lesion as it is perceived from the history

Agree with the above considerations. I would add herald patch of pityriasis rosea.

lens shaped parakeratosis guide me for pitryasis rosea and i agree with above diagnosis but also PAS stain to exclude fungal infection is recommende

This was negative for fungus. Superficial erythema annulare centrifugum.
