Yes, acantholytic acanthoma. Not deep /invaginated enough for a warty dyskeratoma.

I called this warty dyskeratoma. The top right panel shows two foci of acantholysis, a bit reminiscent of the double-barrelled appearance described for warty dyskeratoma. Also, there are dyskeratotic cells present.

Dr. Hafeez Diwan, in the absence of follicular involvement and a cystic/ nodular architecture or cup-shaped invagination into underlying dermis would acantholytic dyskeratotic acanthoma be a better diagnosis to this lesion?
