Makes me think of Mixed tumor eccrine type with a nice lipomatous stromal metaplasia

Yes, Mixed tumour.

Pretty much full house with the chondroid matrix, adipose tissue and double layered ducts.

Agree with benign mixed tumor but in my opinion this is of apocrine type.

Amazing, have seen three cases now in the last month, the most interesting thing is that all were on the upper lip.

My diagnosis was benign mixed tumor, apocrine type.  The "condroid syringoma" is mostly tublues and cartilage ("eccrine type"), while this lesion for review is more complex with apocrine, follicular, and sebaceous differentiation, as well as adipose tissue, chondroid material, and cartilage.

A good synopsis is found in Kazakov et al, p23 and 418.
