Agree, granuloma faciale

(eosinophil rich dermal infiltrate, RBC extravasation indicative of vascular injury and preserved Grenz zone)

At first, my diagnosis was Granuloma faciale, but latter pictures with some epithelioid cells and the high amount of eosinophils make me think of Epithelioid hemangioma. I would perform some immunostains, including HHV-8.

Agree with granuloma faciale. Subepidermal grenz zone and periadnexal sparing are seen. Eosinophils and neutrophils are present, besides mononuclear cells.

Also I've thought as Igor, but definitively agree with GRANULOMA FACIALE.

I don't see convincing epithelioid endothelial cells, instead i see convincing green zone also periadnexal, RBC extravasation, polymorphic infiltrate with eosinophils, neutrophils, lymphocytes, histiocytes and plasma cells.

Aren't the eosinophils a bit too prominent for Granuloma Faciale? How about Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia?

Granuloma faciale. Slightly more eosinophils than usual!
