Nevus sebaceus. As Mark noted, the "replacement" of terminal hairs with apocrine coils in the same position within the dermis is a great objective clue for a diagnosis of NS...especially when other subjective features are subtle or missing.

You guys nailed it! Nevus sebaceus. I don't often see an example with apocrine glands and this one was so nice I had to share!
