The patient is a 67-year-old man with an excision with margin exam of an enlarging lesion present for one year taken from the left temporal aspect of the scalp.

Solid cystic hidradenoma with focal mucinous metaplasia. I think the higher magnification may show some hyperchromasia and pleomorphism but I think it still falls in the atypical hidradenoma spectrum not malignat.
