I'm struggling for suggestions - looks like I am not the only one. Thought about insect bites, Leish, PLEVA, Lymphomatoid papulosis, hydroa vacciniforme (or HV-like lymphoma).

I have been trying to remember the name of hydroa vacciniforme- like lymphoma which is my first thought to exclude before considering any other differentials!! Thank you very much Richard.

Dear Hazem, I struggled for ages trying to remember the name - it was bugging me so I went to Weedon under the lymphomas. Glad you think it is a reasonable suggestion!

My only thought in this case is LyP.

I go with Mona: follicular lymphomatoid papulosis is my suggestion.
