Yes. Primary cutaneous lichen amyloidosus of the external auditory canal. Possibly due to friction.

I don't know what the diagnosis is but to me this is some type of cutaneous hyalinosis. It looks like it is beginning as basement membrane thickening. Absence of melanophages speaks against amyloidosis.
