Yes, nodular fasciitis! Very rare location!

I would add as a differential diagnosis Superficial acral fibromyxoma. SMA and CD34 would help to differentiate.

Agree with nodular fasciitis. To add to Romualdo's comment, in Shimizu's review of 250 cases, there were 7 cases on the hands, including 3 on the fingers and 1 on the thumb.
