?BCC with plasmacytoid/myoepitheial differentiation.
I can see distinct areas showing eosinophilic hyalin inclusions with eccentric nuclei in a background of more typical BCC

My suggestion is basal cell carcinoma with myoepithelial differentiation (plasmacytoid cell variant with hyaline inclusions).

My first thought is BCC with myoepithelial differentiation or rhabdoid BCC.
