Site favor REM over timid LE. Can't exclude lymphocytic infiltrate of the skin (Jessner) although it usually shows less mucin.

Reticular erythematous mucinosis based on histopathological findings and localization of the lesions.

First impression based on pathology and site correlation is REM. Agree with tumid LE as a DDX. Exact nature of the rash will finalize the diagnosis.
