There appears to be an 'Indian file' pattern of infiltration by tumour cells. First thought is metastatic lobular Ca of Breast (presumably that is the reason for Romualdo' question!), Will need immunos however to exclude lymphoma/leukaemia/merkel cell etc.

The emphasis on the well preserved Grenz zone and the immunoblastic and plasmablastic character of the cells, together with the absence of accompanying small lymphocytes are suggestive of DLBCL-leg type, however in figures 5&6 the cells appear somewhat cohesive (metastatic carcinoma?). The prominent nucleoli and the vesicular chromatin is less convening of Merkel cell carcinoma in my opinion, but I am keeping an open mind.

My first thought is granulocytic sarcoma , followed by metastatic breast carcinoma, if the patient is a female.
