Plexiform variant of solitary circumscribed neuroma vs plexiform neurofibroma.
Age and site favour the first. NFP and GFAP would be useful.

Plexiform solitary circumscribed neuroma. Clinical info and imaging studies did not fit plexiform neurofibroma. S100 is positive.
