The patient is a 60 year old man with shave biopsies of A-5 mm non-blanching dark red papule on the left distal medial forearm.

Can't believe it - rather annoyingly I just photographed one for dermpathpro but there was less H&E (referred very pale slide) than Mark's so I don't think I will submit it as you made light work of this one! Nice case Mark (begrudgingly!).
