KA in a tattoo. Given age wonder if you should check for Muir Torre Syndrome? KA in MTS show loss of MMR proteins.

A couple of our juniors were asking about the brown "artefact" overlying the epidermis and in the KA itself - I believe this is curious phenomenon that appears to be associated with plastic coverslips (which I hate!).
