Thanks all. Yes no tricks today just a nice spot diagnosis before the weekend. Funny this is the first case I have seen so I think it is pretty uncommon if not rare. Just a coincidence it arrived about 2 weeks after Hafeez put one in but it was just too nice not to share it. Thanks to my colleague Dr Scott Sanders for asking my opinion on the case.
