64 year-old female with posterior neck biopsy. She has two-year history of multiple erythematous plaques which are very pruritic.

I thought of folliculotropic MF with follicular mucinosis.

With the age, and the long history of pruritic erythematous plaques, I also thought of MF, folliculotropic (as Eman said) especially from 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th images. However, the fifth and sixth images gives a very high impression of LC (as Romualdo said). So the DDx is folliculotropic MF vs. adult onset folliculocenteric LCH.. CD3 and CD1a will solve it..

Folliculotropic MF with follicular mucinosis. The infiltrate was CD3+, CD4+, CD7- and CD8-.
