The patient is a 72 year old woman with a shave biopsy of a pearly, telangiectatic, 7 mm papule on the right medial superior chest. Clinical Diagnosis: BCC vs irritated SK vs SCC.

Yes, Follicular porokeratosis. I saw one nice case recently in consult that was previously diagnosed as sebaceous hyperplasia. Rare variant of porokeratosis.
