I'd like to add pagetoid reticulosis to the DD.

Folliculotropic MF. I think pagetoid reticulosis affects the hands and feet of younger patients, while the face is a typical site for folliculotropic MF.

These were all CD8 positive. This patient had a very poor clinical course. Aggressive epidermotropic CD8 positive T-cell lymphoma.
