Case History: 82 year old woman with 2 subcutaneous nodules on the left neck. Figure 5=CD20; Figure 6= bcl-2; Figure 7=CD3; Figure 8=bcl-1 Figure 9=Ki67.

Cutaneous deposits of Mantle cell lymphoma hence BCL-1 (cyclin D1) is positive.

Yes, relatively rare for this lymphoma to have cutaneous involvement. A very nice example of positive bcl-1 staining.
