I also think it is metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma but need clinical correlation and immunohistochemistry. Pecoma could give a similar image but its extremely rare and I could also add to a differential clear cell hidradenoma/hidradenocarcinoma

Agree with the above 2 excellent differentials. Needs immunos.

I dont think the nuclei are vesicular enough for a PEComa so think it is a metastatic renal cell carcinoma.

Favor metastatic renal cell CA... Immunos to confirm. PEComas are predominantly dermally based.
