25 year-old male with bilateral “cauliflower” ears, due to wearing a lacrosse helmet. This biopsy is from the left ear, labeled “soft tissue mass.”

Agree, lovely example.
Typical intracartilagenous cystic cavity. Often associated with repeated minor trauma including wearing
Helmets.
