Based on the first pictures I was having some difficulties about the diagnosis, but the last images are consistent with Kaposi sarcoma. IHQ must be antibody against HHV-8 with nuclear labelling.

Microvenular haemangioma vs. Kaposi’s sarcoma, patch stage. I wonder if picture 8 shows the promontory sign.
