58 year-old male with lesion on plantar left foot. The immunohistochemical study provided is Sox-10.

I think this is spindle cell melanoma. If other melanocytic markers are negative then schwannoma would be a nice suggestion.

But isn't typical schwannoma a capsulated tumor? SOX 10 is a sensitive melanocytic and shwannian marker, but the lack of capsule and the epidermal collarette makes me suggest a hybrid schwannoma/perineurioma.

Here are the other markers: cytokeratin AE1/AE3 - positive; calponin - positive; S100 - blush; melanocytic markers were negative; CD34 - negative. I called this myoepithelioma.

Too late! Great case!
Sox10 is also a marker for myoepithelial cells. The tumour does have a chondromyxoid stroma, which I suppose was a clue.
