Mixed cryoglobulinemia, with intravascular hyaline deposits.

Agree with Hep C associated mixed cryoglobulinema. A pattern of leukocytoclastic vasculitis is expected, which is seen in the last image.
However, intra vascular hyalin deposits are a feature of type 1 cryoglobulinema (monoclonal). Interesting that both the features are seen in this case.
