Agree with granular cell tumour although cells are a bit paler than usual. Need S100 to confirm. Also important to remember that other tumours can also show granular cell change such as dermatofibromas, non neural granular cell tm and neurothekeomas. .

Thank you all. Diagnosis was that of a Granular cell tumour (S100 positive).
