  8. 45 year-old male with itchy rash on head, trunk and extremities for several months. Physical examination revealed confluent erythematous, non-scaly plaques on face and erosions with scale on border on chest, abdomen and back. A few scaly macules were present on the thighs and upper extremities. There were erythematous scaly patches on the scalp.   22. 68/M widespread purpuric telangiectatic rash on trunk and extremities, diagnosed as purpuric Mycosis fungoides on a previous bx. T cell clone present. Now, developed 3 new lesions on leg, 4- 5mm papules. Another biopsy done and images below are from the second bx. Clonality studies reveal identical T cell clone as previous biopsy.
