56 year old man with vascular lesion on left distal pretibial area. Rule out atypia.

Looks like a vascular malformation, overall morphology is consistent with verrucous hemangioma. Adult lesions are rare but reported and they may be trauma related. WT-1 should be negative in most vascular malformations.

An odd angiokeratomatous lesion with an important deep subcutaneous component and epidermal changes(hyperkeratosis and acanthosis)...what about Verrucous Hemangioma?
