Looks like Pityrosporum folliculitis to me, but a fungal stain is necessary.

Malassezia folliculitis. Spherical yeast organisms can be seen in the midst of the keratinous plug within the dilated hair follicle and in the midst of the perifollicular inflammatory infiltrate secondary to disruption of the follicular epithelium.

I also thought of pityrosporum folliculitis, spores r faintly visible.
